I honestly imagined there would be hundreds of onlookers/well-wishers lining the roads for support... also it looks like there weren't any of those either (roads I mean)! Perhaps Mr Campbell preferred it low-key? Either way, what a boat... and what a British hero. (I salute with my mug of tea, respectfully with oil under my fingernails).
