However, that can be easily fixed, as Endeavor's there for him. As for the overall nerfs... you should see Tetsutetsu. While his power did go from B to A-, his speed went from C to D and the same goes for his technique. Todoroki has a two-sided quirk with a complicated past, but what's Tetsutetsu's excuse?

Random funfact Horikoshi snuck in a referance to one of DC comics most well known heroes, Superman. Right after the sports festival when the students of class 1-A get their lists of hero agencies that want them for an internship. On Shoto's list, one of the agencies is the Karu-Eru agency and since the japanese language has no letter 'L' they use 'R' so if you switch the 'ru' to 'L' then you get Kal-El.

Sim 200017 actually you’re closer then you know lol both Izuku’s Electricity and The effects Of SuperSaiyan are both due to what would be called an “Electron Cascade” go search up Because sciences Super saiyan episode if you want more specific info but basically the red lines we see when Izuku builds up energy can’t be seen by others, it’s an internal process that they visualize for our benefit but the green electricity is an actual tangible and observable thing (it arcs towards enemies and objects, who comment on it, like Gran Torino, and it creates illumination) that’s created because his body has too much energy for his natural electromagnetic field to contain. It’s why AllMight didn’t start having yellow energy till he was pushed well beyond his body’s limit by AFO.
