Most skins do not work well on the thinner frame, lost a ton of detail, and do not even deliver on translating the Arcane version of the character to the game. Rather than a powerful hex-mage, he looks like a saturday morning cartoon villain from the early 2000s. It all really feels half assed.
W upgrade already makes his other skills slow. They did note that his abilities apply this slow(prior it was non ultimate abilities) but from what it seems ult just slows on initial casting. Perhaps they will change that
boots upgrade seems a little extra not gonna lie 750 on top of usual cost for 10% extra pen +more movespeed+flat pen and thats not even tabis we know those are gonna be like a ryze world rune in terms of power
The roses give everyone on your team the stats regardless of who takes them, you can see your roses increase as cait picks them up :) Edit: oh you figured that out in game 2 lol
Those boots stats are ridiculous, and the new object gives way too much. Early to say but I think it will make the game a snowballing game more, not to mention those are permanent, will make it hard for the losing team to make a comeback. Would be very interested seeing this in proplay
Mid. He doesn't have good early and his passive actively discourages you to play him as support. He also has early mana problems as well. Not sure about WR though, they may change it

I just worry the combination of flowers & boot buffs flip the justification for reducing gold value on items, so the net result will be basically the game state from before that patch.

im not sure if pekin says at some point but the new roses are teamwide. if any member gets them they fly to you and give you exp and adaptive force in general. idk if the requirement changed but from what rito said the roses spawn off of kills essentially so wherever there is fighting, roses grow.
the roses are shared by the team, it doesn't matter who picks them up. also, they lowered the cd for teleport when they added the travel time. and you can tp to minions before unleashed.

Protecting or empowering allies with abilities gives the effect, but dealing damage to enemies and using summoner spells also gives the effect. There’s nothing about it that screams support. Enchanters can just make use of the boots like any other champion but they don’t have to deal damage. Maybe I’m missing something here and I’m the crazy one idk 🤷🏾♂️ but it seems like you only read the first few words of the item description.
