- Singaporean hero Tiffany Teo makes her triumphant return to competition on home soil when she defeated Japanese ground specialist Ayaka Miura at ONE: KING OF THE JUNGLE. “No Chill” showed her heart and mental toughness when she weathered the early ground onslaught of Miura, surviving a tight arm triangle attempt from the judo black belt in the first round. In the later rounds, Teo used her superior striking and takedown defense, peppering an exhausted Miura with well-placed shots before the referee called for the stoppage with just 15 seconds on the clock!

Miura is a one trick pony with zero stand up game. All she knows is take down and neck lock. If you have a solid take down defense, she is dead in the water.

Wow that was bad. I'm pretty sure Miura had a mental breakdown in the third round. Looked like she was crying..
She should really stop fighting.. Her takedowns are terrible, she has nothing besides a scarf hold and couldn't even get a finish with the arm triangle. It was right there!
Ayaka created her own style. Reminds me of Sakuraba. but instead of the kimura, she uses the kesa. But the whole style is based on that position. Giving up thier backs is a trap!

Ayaka Miura style of fighting reminds me of Ritu Phogat.
Like Ritu, Ayaka strategy is go get their opponent down on the mat and use brute force. Punch their opponent or try to force a submission.
Ayaka and Ritu both have wrestling background. Hence they like to bring the fight to the mat.

Tiffany is hardest never give up technical fighter. She knows how to tackle and break the opponent. Lionheart girl. 🦾

What the hell was wrong with the referee? Of course Miura was obviously losing, but why did he have to stop the bout and give Teo a TKO win? It was only seconds left, Teo threw some weak punches to Miura's body but Miura was more than OK. Miura lost but she wasn't TKO'ed at all. What the heck?

Damn. Miura’s team didn’t prepare her at all for strikes. Pitiful to watch. I think she was crying in the third round. Even her takedown attempts showed a very limited skill set. Shame on her team.
da streets part 3 same just like my opinions, Miura should knock teo easily, I mean look at her taught legs but sadly her team didn’t prepared her on striking. Maybe Miura also wanted revolting because at least she can landed 1 punch at teo faces but looks like she don’t wanna do that, she looks tiered, her team have to provide her medicine and prepare her early before her match. Why do these so called ‘grapplers’ never learn. I mean the times Miura tried to floor Teo was to say the least - ‘boring’.
When she did sort of get her down she mostly ended up underneath coming off worst anyway! Needs to work on her standing fighting skills, which are totally weak. Same old neck lock, same ‘old one trick’, Miura needs to actually learn another move !!
