This is completely awesome! Thanks so much. I've shared this with the two groups I DM for to show them what is possible in Foundry. I haven't finished the clip yet because I've been busy but just wanted to thank you in advance!
I would be very interested in seeing a tutorial on Gambit's Pre-mades. I have not installed it, and it looks like I have everything I need in terms of automation, but would be interesting to see what extra functionality that modules brings in.
It's a little... glitchy. At least, where the AoO comes in. It's why I was forced to include Walled Templates, which also gave me it's own set of issues...
That reach template should only count squares if it covers at least 50% of the square. That’s how Areas of Effects work according to the DMG. Due to counting a whole square with a miniscule overlap the range templates are not matching the rules for Midi QOL. Also new character sheets don’t have primary, secondary, and tertiary resource use but specific item uses that can be favorited. Some DDB imports will force the way of the old character sheet but they can’t be customized after.
You know, I was so focused on getting the dang thing working, I didn't even look at that. I'll see what I can do to fix it - probably a single tick-box setting.
If you want, you can use the wolf tactic of trip, and have a second wolf (helping with pact tactics) and they can use their attack to grab instead of attacking, if they succeed then the character can't just stand up because their speed when held is 0. They have to use their action to escape, and then stand up, and not having the ability to run because they used half their movement to stand up... The reason this isn't default tactics written into them is, it's wolves and usually used for low level encounters. People dont want you to bully new characters but so much... XD
I have issues with the Grapple rules as written, as they don't really cover pinning enemies, so I do house-rule for things like this. And it makes sense that a pack that can drag you down isn't going to just let you get up again. I would absolutely use this - I might reduce the number of wolves so as not to make it TOO dangerous at for 1st levels, but especially in CoS, I WANT them to be scared of everything. They have to work together or someone's getting ripped to shreds.
None of the Midiverse mods (MiniQoL, DAE, CRP, GPS, MISC) are DnD4 compatible. So yes, you'll need to roll-back to 3.3.1 if you want to use those for now. 1. Back up your Foundry! 2. Go to your Game System tab and copy&paste this link into the Manifest URL box at the bottom of the Install System menu: github.com/foundryvtt/dnd5e/releases/download/release-3.3.1/system.json That should override your D&D 4.x game engine with the 3.3.1 version. If it doesn't, try deleting your 4.x game engine first, then use that link.

I cannot find Chris's Premades on the module installation. Am I missing something? lol
Are you on Version 12? Chris' Premades is not yet updated to V12, so won't appear in your search list. They are working on it though!
@@clay_golem thank you! :) anxiously awaiting Monk's updates too!!
