The little Christmas creche that looks like it's made of all wood is from the 60s. I was in the hospital as a kid in the late 60s I think 1967-68 and it was given to me as a kit to make since I was going to miss Christmas at home. It might not sell for a lot I dont know. Maybe it would being from the 60s

That elephant painting is a Robert Bateman.. $1000 CAD possibly slow. Or right away for $450 to 500 with different options in Canada. B.C. especially. 2 others look like herring prints and they will sell for a couple hundred too if their herrings. for me this house is a dream pick.. Those polo and lacoste jackets and hats were fire..

As a watch reseller, it would have literally made my month to find something as cool as that Bulova clock! Anything Bulova has some value to it, but you just don't see that much retro-spacy looking stuff from Bulova. Definitely an outstanding find.

What do you do on high priced items specially electronics to prevent the buyer from switching your item for a defective one? If a buyer does pull a scam/switch, how do you deal with it?
Take pictures of vin numbers, or other small dates/makers mark. You could also document any small nick or scratch that the scammer wouldn't know was there
I was really torn on that thing. What turned me off was that the cubby holes were angled downward instead of straight. Don’t know why that bugged me so much 🤷🏼♂️
I'm still fairly new to the channel, but I have noticed that Anthony doesn't like to buy bigger items like furniture and or appliances.. I don't blame him tho.. They take up too much room, and (typically) don't hold a ton of value.. just my two cents .. Salute from Detroit 👌👌
Yeah, that’s one of those cool downtown Indianapolis houses. A lot of character in some of them. Moby is just an electronic music artist that was pretty famous 10-15 years ago.
When he spoke at NAMM the three ballrooms were packed to the gills. NAMM has a huge area dedicated just to electronic music. If you get the right buyers looking at those items I'm sure you will do very well with your auction.

I pick up books on antiques and collectibles at garage and library book sales. They are often only 25-50¢ and I look through them for ideas. When you are done, you can resell the ones you don't want!
