The motor is very small to be honest. Maybe try making the gimble tight Also what type of camera are you using. I use a go pro which is linked below. I use this because it has great stabilization built in

Yes it does. It will say with flight and that flight case is very helpful for sure. We find it very easy to move around. I’m glad we got it with the flight case. I hope you enjoy it! Very easy to store away as well and protects all your stuff inside

Hey Douglas are you referencing the speed of the actual booth? If you are, the remote has plus and minus buttons To be honest I have it as fast it goes now please keep in mind that’s now super fast but I love for the camera to go around a few times it just makes the video better

I was planning to use an iPad to shoot the videos and I was thinking my iPhone would be able to start the iPad through the remote from the phone but I have not been able to get that to work. Hello there - Once you order it go back to your order in Amazon and there is an option to contact seller. You will then request for your logo and batter pack. They will then email you separately to get your logo details.
So glad I found your channel! I have some questions lol How much is the software after the 4 months? Do you have the contact info of the company? Did they design your logo for you to add on? What’s the trick to put whatever music you want on there? Lastly, are you able to screen the recording to a table or tv?
I know there are various plans for the service but it's not as expensive as others. The Company? Are you referencing the booth company? If so, I used the email that was provided to me once I ordered the device. Their were VERY quick on response and they are also the same company that owns ChatTok app. Logo -- NO they didn't design it. My logo was something I already had. I put it in Canva and downloaded a PNG and sent to them. Them being the email address that was provided once I ordered it to request the logo. The team will validate the size of both your ordered and make the logo sticker for that size. On my other video I show the logo put on> Music Trick! Ha I need to make video on that one. BUT I have a Mac and I'm sure you can do the same on a Windows device. Simply put --- I find songs on TH-cam that I like.. Use a TH-cam converter which you can find via google as they are free. Look for TH-cam to MP3 Converter. Then I load the TH-cam link there that I found. Download it. Then drop that in my video editor system. I then crop the portion of the song I like to load to my 360 video app because it must be Mp3 and 30 secs is the same bet. BUT I need to make video on this one for sure. Screen Recording Or Screen sharing --- My answer here is YES but... Im using iPhone and selecting the mirror option. Hope this helps!

hello the booth is rocking. how do i fix it?
Make sure you are on leveled ground if not, unscrew the foot pedestal a little to stop the rocking. I talk about it in the video around the 9:35 mark
