Holy crap they are some nutters thoughts snow mobiles might be 2 stroke but there still hugely heavy! I was like oh a snow mobile race I've herd of these and then they hit that massive double/table top and i was like :0 da fuuu fair play + 1 like! Awesome keep up that crazy stuff
Not all of em. Fargo (usually), Canterbury, Mount Pleasant, Chicago, and Lake Geneva are much bigger and a lot longer, more complex tracks. Fargo this year was lackluster cuz of weather restricting snow making. Usually it's just the type of venue that restricts the size of the track. Duluth, New York, and Deadwood are kinda so-so tracks. New York isn't that bad though and the "bullring" of deadwood makes for some interesting, contact filled racing.
a full out trail model 800 version of this sled has a dry weight of 435 lbs, and this race sled is probably lighter since it has a smaller 600cc engine, and doesnt have all the extra technology you would expect a modern trail sled to have like electric start, heavy stock silencer, digital display with gps, bluetooth, etc.
that double is huge!

Huh
Why are all the snowcross tracks shaped like a triangle and not more complex forms?

@@Rumblefan but race sleds have much heavier rear suspension etc. due to the reinforcments
