Out of curiosity, I did go back and watch the end of it because I can’t stand watching the whole thing and I was wrong. It wasn’t 40 it was $33 a share comedic relief. That’s all these guys are.

It is up to you believing or not. I have to say I believe them more than you and I prefer buying it at $40 than at $160 the same way I like buying a rolex at $400...buy your stuff paying premium. the power of amazon is its dominance. They will find another avenue for profit. It is too short sighted to look at present fundamentals. The market is not stupid, there is a reasons it is being valued the way it is being valued.

Wouldnt the profit come when they stop the capital expenditures. Until then the cap ex is increasing potential profit? Its not like that cap ex only creates revenue the year you spend it.
Stock market is not all about analysis. To me AMZN stock is still a buy opportunity. At least I am going to hold for years.

They are the price that will get you the return you provided in the desired annual return. In this example they put 12,14,16. So if the low assumptions occur in order to get 12% annual return for 10 years the price you would need to buy is 34.41$ . If the middle assumptions occur, you would need to buy at 77.69$ for a 14% yearly return. And if the high assumptions were to occur in order to get 16% annual return you would need to buy it at 142.05$.

I work in the fabricated steel industry and we bid a shit load of Amazon projects. They single handedly caused a steel deck shortage in Texas due to the amount of warehouses theyve built. Expanding an insane amount. Nucor was working double time trying to hot roll enough coil keep up.
I have a few grand at $93. Up like 40% currently. Think I should take profits and wait for the dip to $40? Lol

JPM has a target of 230 for the stock and avg WS analysts rate is close to 180 according to these guys they all have it very wrong so...

few years back they were saying dont look high p/e, look the free cash flows for Amazon, now they cant even say that
If a company takes their profits and invests in themselves by buying back shares, this is seen as good as long as the share price is considered cheap. If AMZN takes their profits and invests in themselves through capital expenditures, this is seen as bad even though capital expenditures quite possibly puts AMZN in better position relative to the company that buys back shares.

Should really consider doing a video on custom pillars and pillars to help look for different types of companies and different strategies to look for. I know it's TH-cam, and you're doing vids for views and clicks for growth for new users and the software, many new investors are still trying to find what works for them, repetition on the one process resorts new investors to just copy and not really learn. On the other end, you can't leave behind the exclusive vids you say you do for your softwear users and more experience investors. You want to be able to keep that growth or reach and not lose it over time. Much love to the em community. Just a customer of 2 years of feedback. Thank you for all you guys do.

No never lol, AMZN even at their low of lows has never reached their predictions/valuations.
Amazon completed a 125,000 sq ft distribution center in Worcester, MA in April 2023. It sits there empty. Great capital expenditure?????
Actually, I'd say it's what's easy about investing. As an investor, you avoid things like Amazon in it's current state and on average you'll do fine. The price is hysteria based. Swing trade it, day trade it, have fun with it, but don't look at it as an investment until it makes sense and looks good.
One thing I do know, the banks are using AWS a lot more now.
They are....and to befair AWS is the main provider of cash for Amazon...so at least that is working properly .

DCF and P/E are just two ways of valuing a company... not every company falls under just two valuation methods, and you cant force a company to fit inside that model like you cant fit a square inside a circular hole. (Amazon has never ever traded based on their P/E or a DCF model....) It would be better for your content/viewers to explore other ways of valuing a company with different methodologies.
The stock has steadily gone up over time, there are companies that are worth thousands a share, why could amazon not keep going up?

The assumption of pe ratio and price free cash flow is too low here for this type of company. Amazon MOAT and hands in so many different industries makes it truly special compared to any company in world.

I have been long Amazon since 2013 and heard this same nonsense since the day I bought it. Its free cash flows are about to explode. Let’s check back in 3-5 years and see who is right. It’s easy to say ‘it hasn’t reached is all time high from two years ago’. Though one can point to 98% of dates from public offering to now that they would have been wise to buy the company’. I’d say the trajectory is not on your side and you will again be wrong in due time.
Stop it. You guys kept touting Baba and Intel for the longest time. Look at where those stocks are. Your evaluation of Amazon is absolutely rubbish. You guys are simply focused on selling your software tool.

Please for the love of god do a video on Elevance Health. Lets stop wasting time making videos on these risky/cyclical stocks. Health Care isnt going anywhere but up is the next 10 years!
