I picked one almost identical to yours a year ago at a second had sale . I mounted it on the top of my front rack instead of on the handle bars to lower the center of gravity. works great and being insolated it protects electronics and is insolated.

Great idea here is another using laptop bags for panniers. Using dog collars as attachment straps and the camera bag can double as a handlebar bag
