We don't take off shoes in a street fight (self-Defense). Shoes protect the feet. Watch Pancrase (Bas Reuten) and old school MMA fighters wear shoes and kick. This is the way :)
@@Weird1024shoes protect the feet. Gloves protect the hands. Shins guard protect the shins. Head gear protects the head. For sparring our students only have two mandatory items: gloves and mouthpiece. The argument for removing shoes was the original issue wasn't it? There is only one reason to remove shoes which protect the feet...Asian tradition, which is cultural in nature. Let's not confuse justification for allowing shoes to become an endless debate about justifying anything or nothing. We happily allow a student to wear any gear for protection they feel is appropriate. Most enjoy sparring with gloves and mouthpiece only.
Good work fellas! 🥊 🦵
Loved sparring with Tae real quick dude
Good job guys! I like how both of you controlled yourselves still using some power but not all of it.
Good sparring💪
One just wants to be flashy and ends up burning his energy and giving opportunities to his opponent, the other one is more effective and patient
Shoes on and kicking is crazy 😂
