    Hi Kuya JP. Ask ko lang po kung anong result nung ECG (Electrocardiography) mo? Kasi sabi dyan sa result letter 'C' sya. Gusto ko lang po malaman ang ECG interpretation report nung nagpacheck up ka po. Also FYI lang po marami pong factors kung bakit tumataas ang blood lipids ng isang tao. Malaki po ang factor ng food na kinakain natin sa dami ng lipids sa body ng isang tao. Malaki rin pong factor ang Family history or namamanang sakit sa pagkakaroon ng pagdami ng lipids sa dugo. Kung malaki po ang posibilidad na meron ka nitong mga nasabi ko kailangan mo pong mag-ingat at i-monitor lagi ang lipid count at puso mo, kasi po hindi po biro ang magkasakit sa puso. Sa madalit salita, Sedentary lifestyle po ang malimit na factor ng pagkakaroon ng malubhang sakit ng isang tao. Kailangan po talagang mag ehersisyo kahit 30-60 minutes kada araw para maiwasan ang clogging ng mga bad cholesterols sa mga daluyan ng dugo. Iwasan ang ma cholesterol na food kasi ito rin po ang halos malaking factor sa pagkakaroon ng masyadong mataas na lipids sa katawan ng tao. Napansin ko rin po ang medyo pagtaas ng blood sugar mo. Sana nung kinuha itong test na ito ay hindi ka kumain para malaman kung prone ka sa Diabetes Mellitus. Mukhang borderline ka yata sa report na ito.. Meron po ba kayong diabetes sa family? kung meron po sa family mo, may chance na namana mo po itong sakit na ito. Kaya po bigyan pansin mo po ang area na ito. Kasi ang Diabetes at sakit sa puso ay parang tag-team na maaring ikamatay ng tao. Kaya po Kuya JP baguhin po ang lifestyle mo para makaiwas sa sakit. Lalo na po sa areas ng pagkain at ehersisyo. Sabi nga nila 'You are What You Eat.' Kaya po maging masuri lagi sa mga kinakain mo at mag ehersisyo araw- araw. At sasabihin ko narin po na malaki rin po ang factor ng hindi kumpleto sa tulog sa paglala ng sakit ng tao. Kaya bigyan po ng malaking puntos ang kumpletong tulog para maging malakas ang katawan.       Advice kulang Kuya J.P pakuha ka nalang deritso ng HBAIC mo. Kht hnd ka fasting ok lang. Kc pag FBS Lang 50/50 pa! Kong diabetes k n b o hindi. Pero pag HBAIC Dyan mo malaman Kong candidate k n b ng Diabetes. Kc napakadelikado ang Diabetes at sa puso maging complicado ang lahat.

    Walking every day kahit 30 minutes man lang. Gayahin mo ang mga hapon who are very conscious when it comes to food. A little rice, miso soup, grilled fish and they don't like fried food or oily food. Masarap ang Fried chicken but bad for cholesterol.

    Buti dyn meron medical exam...ako idol 17yrs n ngwork n akala ko wala ako sakit,,pero na confine ako dito sa pinas sa biñan laguna,,5 days confine at discharge sa hospital....dec 18,,thanks kay lord final result hypertension with CVA....or middle storke...salamat kay lord god di grabe pero age 51 nko dati iniisip ko magretire nga 55 but sguro mapapaaga retirement...idol pa shout out sa asawa ko jocelyn at sa mga anak ko sila sharmaine,,aldrin,,adrian at alwyn at sa 2 apo alliyah at ashlanie...sa mabait n asawa nga anak ko c aldine...shout out sa buo ko herrera family.....your subscriber aldwin po

    As we aged our body systems,organs slow down, we have to watch our diet, avoid high cholesterol, high salty foods, sweets , fried foods and high inflammatory foods like vegetable oils- canola oil, corn oil, white bread , refined sugar and exercise 20-30/ day, drink plenty of fluids, avoid sugary drink, more people die from chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease than Covid ❤

    Yung lipids at electro cardiogram probably has something to do with your cholesterol levels. May good (HDL) and bad (LDL) cholesterol na tinatawag. It could be nasa borderline yung bad cholesterol mo. If possible have a blood work that will give you an exact reading of your cholesterol levels tapos fasting ka pag nagpa blood work. Also yung sugar levels pwede yan isama sa bloodwork para makita kung pre-diabetic ka. If I were you, pati thyroid levels mo ipa-check mo na rin. Di ko sure how it is in Japan pero dito sa US pwede mismo sa family doctor or sa specialist ipa-request yang bloodwork. Tsaka yung findings ng blood work dito sa US may number range sya so exactly malalaman mo pag out of the norm yung resulta. Good Luck! At sana maagapan mo agad.

    Salamat JP for sharing your medical results. Mabuti naagapan mo yan. Isang suggestion lang tungkol sa exercise. Kung nahihirapan ka mag formal exercise dahil sa trabaho at Gawain sa bahay. Kumain ka ng lunch sa sasakyan mo. Yung walking mo papunta sa car exercise na rin yun. Kahit gaano kaunti. Walking in the park on weekends at mall walking pwede rin.

    Just a brotherly advice JP. Avoid eating food high in cholesterol, with saturated fats, trans fat, salty. Eat balanced diet more vegetables and fish. Daily exercise 30 to 45mins is recommended. Think postive you can reverse your LDL just like me. Be well and God bless!

    Naku sir, pag NAGKA edad yan talaga ang sakit. Cholesterol high triglyp, wag kanang kumain ng mga Tinapay at matamis na kakanin.
    Ako nga under treatment ako sa high triglyp subrang Mahal 10k for 3months under observation pa yan. Subrang Mahal pag magka sakit.

    Ang positive is reversible lahat ng findings ng doctor at hindi siya permanent. Pwede mo macorrect lahat through balance diet and just a simple exercise, and doctor visits. Walking is a good exercise but since you have problem with your foot when walking too long, there are a lot of other cardio exercises as an option and it is good for the heart too. One example is taebo exercise, the movement is mostly on your upper body like boxing, (hindi naman siya katulad ng boxing in a ring na tumatakbo at sumusugod sa kalaban na parang Manny Paquiao 😂) pwede kang steady sa taebo with few movements on your lower body, just do the basic. You can check it out but most importantly, you choose an exercise that’s comfortable for you.

    Overall, your results are really not that bad. Your liver and kidneys are fine. Your blood pressure is ok. You don’t look obese at all. And you should probably get a second opinion on your potential cardio issues. You’re still young. Time is on your side. We all need to make adjustments as we get older. HEART PATIENT AKO. MAY CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE (CHF) AKO. Marami akong gamot. Makikipagpalitan ako ng sitwasyon sa yo any time, any day kung puede lang. Kaya mong I-correct ang mga deficiencies na yan. Alam naming alam mo na ang mga dapat mong gawin dahil mahal na mahal mo ang pamilya mo. Obvious naman yan. Kaya take care, JP. Do what you got to do. Time goes by really quick.     Hi JP. Try to eat more veggies and fruits. Baked fish din. You can still eat meat pero Limit mu lang. And try oatmeal, chia seeds and almond milk every morning with berries. Manonormalize din ang lipid profile and blood sugar basta proper diet lang. By the way basmati rice is low in sugar. Nakakahelp din maregulate ng blood sugar and apple cider vinegar 1tbsp in warm water 1 hr before meal.

    Prolonged stress level po naka contribute sa pag develop ng dyslipidemia. Mukhang non serious pa naman sayo kaso di ka pa pinag maintenance. Ibig sabihin ma reverse pa yan ng lifestyle change.

    Fried food is not good for us. Sugar and all the sweets too. I just got diagnosed with diabetes last month. I’m now exercising, adding more veggies and lessening my sugars. You’ll be okay JP, just adjust eating habits and exercise🙏🏼

    Pero sa tingin ko... Kung Ako tatanungin. Kung kaya mo Muna tumigil ng work kahit mga ilang Buwan lang 1 to 3months Maka recover or makabawi ung Katawan mo at makapagpahinga. Ang work nandyadyan lang Yan pero pag pinapabayaan mo Ang Health mo mas dodoble ang Gastos mo. But ang tanong kakayanin mo ba Muna mag stop ng work. I know it's a big challenge para sa family mo ito. But para na din sa ikakabuti mo. I hope malagpasan nyo ang pagsubok na ito.🙏

    Regading sa paglalagay ng yuzu sa bathtub ay depende sa lugar dito sa Japan. Sa lugar ko walang intinuro ang mga biyenan ko tungkol sa paglagay ng yuzu every Dec.22 ng bawat taon hanggang katapusan. Kaugalian cguro ng lmga lokal dyan sa lugar ninyo yan. Sad naman to hear ang kalagayan mo JP. I pray to God na gumaling ka at matupad ang mga kahilingan mo. Magpa nigen doku a yata sa big hospital para malaman mo talaga ang dipresnya mo. bata ka pa at may pamilya. Remember, ang walang nararamdamang sakit especially sa bukol or lump eh delikado ang nagiging resulta. Ang may hapdi at kirot ay mas maigi na maramdaman ito at huwag indahin ang sakit. Magpa check-up kaagad. Sa case mo dapat ipa check-up ulit ang naka lahad sa resulta mo. Dalhin mo yan sa doktor o ospital na titingin sa iyo para malaman kung bakit ka andun at bigyan ka ng lutas kaagad. Te okure wa dame desu. God Bless🙏

    I am not an expert pero mukhang similar to prehypertension. Much better you consult a doctor and show the results of your test. Baka undergo ka ulit ng mga certain lab test like blood chem, HDL and LDL level (Good and Bad Cholesterol Level), etc. Yun result ng Lipid mo seems mataas and LDL or bad cholesterol mo, which why ganun result ng ECG mo (Heart's Electrical Activity). Maraming factors and need alamin ng doctor para madiagnose ka ng maayos and mabigyan ka ng tamang advise or medication if needed. Sana makapagpacheckup ka the soonest. Mga ganito cases nauuwi sa stroke or aneurysm (knock on wood). Wag po sana tayo magself medication or self diagnose. Wala rin po kinalaman kung payat or mataba ang isang tao, anyone can have similar health concern like yours. Get well soonest, JP!

    Hi JP! Next time you go to your Dr. pls ask if they checked your Thyroid levels. If they didn't, request it to be checked.
    Abnormal Lipid & Glucose blood tests can be controlled with diet. Avoid sugar and go low carb. It's hard to go NO Carbs specially sa atin na mga Pinoy na mahilig sa kanin. Find what works for you. Nag Keto/Low Carb ako and it helped lower down my Lipids, Glucose, LIver Enzymes.
    Meron akong vlog content suggestion saiyo. Add your exercise/workout and diet change. This way, you can accomplish both. Take care. What they say is VERY true, "Health is Wealth."

    Sa airfryer niyo nalang po iluto yung mga frozen foods pang agahan kagaya ng hotdog, longganisa etc., wag niyo na iprito sa mantika. Malaking bawas po yun sa makakain niyo na oil- less cholestorol and fats.
    Di naman po ata kayo obese. Outdated na po ang BMI.

    Hindi ko sa sabihin wag ka this and wag ka that, Kasi wala rin naman ako self control with my food. Pero anything in moderation , increase Yung fiber intake( fruits and veggies) and exercise . In no time, maging okay na uli medical results mo! 👍

    regarding your labworks be conscious with what you eat. Proper diet at exercise ang katapat lang nyan. Iwasan mo muna ang red meat and increase mo ang vegetables and fruits. It is not really the japanese food that you avoid. Masarap ang quality ng veggies jan also the fruits. Ang iwasan mo ang filipino favorites nyo like chicharon bulaklak, nilagang baka, bistek at adobo. In general limit ka sa baboy at baka. Eat a lot of fish, chicken, vegetables and fruits. Malaking tulong talaga ang healthy diet plus exercise kahit walking 30 mins a day. It will help lower your cholesterol. Go to you doctor and he will give you maintenance meds. For your blood sugar iwas ka muna ng mga colored drinks lalo na ang mga soda cpz it is full of sugar. Try mo mag lemon watet everyday sa lagayan mo ng tubig lagyan mo ng 3/4 na lemon ang 1L of water. It helps a lot. I have been drinking lemon water for 3 yrs already and nakakatulong sya sa pagiging healthy.

    Hi kuya baka po dahil mataas ang cholesterol niyo dahil sa fried chicken pansin ko lang po lagi kayo kumakain ng fried. Iwas nalang po sa ganun more on gulay lang po. Pag fruits hindi din maganda pag maramihan dahil meron din silang fructose which is type of sugar din po kaya magsusuggest ko po is more gulay. ❤

    hello po, bawasan mo sodium at matataas sa calories na pagkain. mag gulay ka everyday at fish. pwede ka mag meat pero chicken breast lang.umiwas ka sa red meat muna.mga softdrinks. at fast food.prutas oky.kumain ka plenty of gulay. at mag exercise ka kahit sa loob lang ng bahay .kng gagamit ka ng oil kng pwede muna olive oil.kayang kaya mo yan disciplina lang kailangan mo.yung anak lo kasi na girl 28 years old sya nagkaroon ng ganyan matataas lipid nya.ganyan diet nya binigay ng doc.nya ngayon magaling na sya oky na laboratory nya lahat.kaya mo yan pray ka lang sa Lord na maging maayos ang lahat.God bless sa inyong lahat.     The lipids test level can tell whether you have elevated bad cholesterol , normally if bad cholesterol is up ,the doctor will put you on cholesterol medication to lower it down.if it’s not treated and remains high there is a possibility for that person to have a stroke.So alter your diet less fat intake, exercise after been check your you are ok to do exercise.next time you can ask your doctor to have a 6 monthly check up for your cholesterol and blood sugar.you must fast for at least10 hrs before blood test to make sure it’s accurate,ask for fasting blood sugar, fasting cholesterol blood test.Sometimes if you have symptoms of going to urinate a lot and loss of weight ca be due to diabetes.Try to listen your carbohydrate intake more on vegetables.take care, stay safe.God bless.🙏❤️🇦🇺
