Original Broly, was like the godfather of the black air force table. He was literally the stone cold Steve Austin of the DBZ movies. He was just handing cans of whip ass left and right to everyone with no care at all.
The only thing I don't like about super is they made broly a hulk clone with ki blast. Original broly was completely coherent and just psychotic and evil. Where as super broly he becomes a raging beast and gets more powerful the angrier gets. People may not have liked z broly's backstory but super broly as a character really ain't better he just has a better backstory.

The dude in front of Vegeta with the moustache and "O" on his shirt is Omni-Man. He's an antagonist turned hero in the comic series "Invincible" which got a cartoon adaptation last year. On Vegeta's right, is Kenpachi Zaraki, who a battle crazy angel of death who's insanely powerful. Next to Zaraki is Battle Beast, a battle hardened alien from Invincible who went to Earth to face powerful opponents, and then left when he wasn't satisfied. And next to him is Mugen from Samurai Champloo. Mugen is basically what you'd get if a thug from the hood grew up in fuedal Japan. And that might be overselling it a bit."
