@Bushra Ishfaq It's kind of hard to know, but if I had to guess I would say that you didn't change the type of the column. For example, column A is marked as X, column B is marked as Y, column C is marked as Er + - (the standard deviation column), and column D is marked as Er + - (the mean error column), and so on To work the way I did in this case, the columns must be exactly in that sequence

Hello @Amanda Stefanie Jabur de Assis! Take a look at this link, although I haven't checked if the calculations are all correct, the step by step is! www.thoughtco.com/calculate-a-sample-standard-deviation-3126345 But, it is easier to calculate in Excel, using the STDEV() function, passing the data of a sample as a parameter. Take a look: support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/stdev-function-51fecaaa-231e-4bbb-9230-33650a72c9b0 In this other video I show you how to do it, but it's in Portuguese: th-cam.com/video/y2hV8LLdz6E/w-d-xo.html Note that in the example in this video I used the sample standard deviation! Which is different from the population standard deviation But if you want to calculate directly in Origin, I couldn't tell you how. It's probably possible and quite simple, but I don't have it installed so I can't check
Thank you so much Canteli. I have been looking for such kind of video from the last 2 days.
I'm very happy to have helped you in some way :)
I have a querry regarding this when i built graph there also appear bars for STD and error mean why this happening

Why index for stdev and standard error is not given at my graph

But how do you calculate the standard deviation of lemon and slices sold-morning, for example?
