- Turkey’s Mediterranean coast is known for it’s dazzling blue waters and majestic green mountains. We decided that the Mediterranean would be the perfect place to get our very first taste of boat life out on the sea. From Antalya, we rode down to the small coastal city of Demre to hop aboard a 16-passenger boat and set sail along Turkey’s Mediterranean coast. Four days of gorgeous sailing unfortunately ended with some bad weather, leaving us a bit sea sick as we hopped off the boat. Watch us experience boat life, both the good and the bad. 🇹🇷

Wow, you did it all. What a great Mediterranean adventure! You went snorkeling; saw lost cities to the sea; saw sailing vessels being repaired; ate like kings and queens; and you lived to tell how you survived a bad storm at sea! I could not believe that the Captain doubled as a Chef of fine dining too. You sure know how to travel and make great travel videos too!

Let me fill you some funfacts first (2:03) the huts or the treasurechesses are actually tombs. I think you were visiting an ancient graveyard😄. I'm really surprised why you didn't visit Santa Claus' place (the actual one, not the north pole version) in Demre. Anyway, it was a catchy nice video. HVE you guys been to the castle in Ankara? If not, you guys should! It so beatiful and pretty, the veiw is amazimg and inside of the opwn castle their are magmets,nasar (evil eye) decor,flags just a lot of stuff. I would recomend going there some time
Chad, I noticed that you called the van where the guy was serving ice cream a little Transit. Just remember that the compact version of the Ford Transit is called the Ford Transit Connect, just like what you & Claire used to travel in.
Yeah, I realize I got used to calling it a Transit throughout our van year because it was shorter. But when I call it that, it actually refers to the bigger vans I believe.

But if you communicate with other people around more, you may discover more. You are travelling on the land of legends and ancient mysteries.
