click the setting icon on the watch.. scroll down to the bottom.. select the second last item on the list.. it will reset the watch and restart it..once it turn on, then select english as your main language
it still doesn't work with the other phone? make sure all the setting in the phone are on 'Enable' as per my video.. if still doesn't work then I'm so sorry to hear that.. seems like factory defect.. nothing much that we can do about that.. the problem is this entry level watch doesn't have any warranty from the factory.. so if there is any defect, the consumer need to bear it themselves, or the seller need to bear it at his own cost (if they are responsible and kind enough)..
im sorry.. wrong word choice. i mean newer model.. there are t500, t500+ and then i dont really know what they call after that.. the newer model offers custom wallpaper.. unlike older model that only offers a few preset wallpapers..
