    Great video and will be very helpful for our Middle School race team. Body separation seems to be a real road block in their progression. Really looking forward to getting the kids to do these drills and see their improvement on the hill/race course. Thank you!

    I thought I pretty much watched all of your great videos but missed this one. It's a lucky kid that's in your program. I love this type of stuff. I personally made quite a bit of progress in my skiing this year. The biggest improvement was due to the hard leg work I did this summer.

    Looks like good conditioning for adults too, and being playful about it.
