ITZY are such a solid group. Here are the members on a vocally-based show, unfiltered, sounding just as they do on their album, without their main vocal (😢hope they come back with Lia), and doing this all in one-take! 🤯
These 1st take editions really give you a chance to see what these girls can, because the focus being entirely on them singing. As much as I love seeing Itzy perform, seeing the subtle nuances of how they project their voices and hit different tones/notes, is a little more captivating for me. ❤❤ Thanks as always for the react and supporting Itzy
Thank you for your reaction, and appreciating their amazing vocals! Not all artist can pull off this kind of song live. Coming from a well-known one of the best dance group, this just proved that they are more than that title. They are one of the top live vocalist too. After seeing this, it's confirmed that i have no reason left to unstan ITZY. I love them forever!🤍
@@jeffreyandrews6700 I saw Yeji's when it came out... it was really nice. Haven't seen Chaeryoung. Yes, I will probably melt in front of the camera. She is , just WOW... I might watch all three in one video...
Dude, my friend, tongue placement depends on the sound being produced not a set singing style. Different words use the tongue differently different letters use the tongue differently, for example L or R your tongue goes up to the roof of your mouth or for TH sound it comes forward to your teeth, it's the sound not the person that determines the placement of the tongue. So each member having different placement is because they are singing different lyrics and in Japanese which is like a 3rd or 4th langauge for them
Of course it is not a singing style, I didn't say that, I was talking about how the members differ from using their tongue and how for example Chaeryoung has a pushed forward chin when singing. I have been making music and have been singing for 40 years now and have done my share of co-leading and teaching a choir and recording songs myself. Singing is very individual and tongue placement too. And yes, every person uses his/her tongue for making sounds but it is also a style/habit/comfort that the individual person uses to sing. Its the same with ppl looking up or to the side or pushing out their chin to open up their throats. The same happens with the tongue. Of course I know that a th is produced by putting your tongue against your teeth... or the l and r sound... I'm not stupid. I was referring to the open longer tones at the end of their lines .... and they placed their tongues differently and had a different positioning of their head/neck. And yes you can place the tongue differently to adjust the sound. I just have never watched these girls in detail as I started out here. But since that was not part of the reaction video I didn't go into any depth. Maybe I sometimes can't express myself in all correctness because english is also not my first language but my second language and I am not 100% fluent in it anymore because I haven't been around english speaking ppl for over 30 years.

You should check out the Studio Choom versions of Yeji, Ryujin and Chaeryeong dance performances.
those are planned ...
@@NeonReactionsPierreI don't think you'll be able to handle the Chaeryeong one.

They look like they were having so much fun singing in The First Take (both Ringo and Wannabe) and they killed it.
They sure did.
