Ive struggled with the opposite body issues of most people (I struggle to gain weight and always feel like I look to skiny) and Ive hated body positivity audios cause they are always about heavier people and are never comfort for the people that also struggle with weight, but on the other side. And realizing that she never talked about the numbers being too high made me want to cry cause i realized this is actually an audio for anybody struggling with those numbers 😭😭😭😭
@@thequietstag4366ive always had many medical issues and so any time i need surgery i lose weight (just cause thats what your body does when youre healing) and im at like the minimum healthy weight so when i lose weight i become unhealthy and often need to spend extra time in the hospital and its just gotten really annoying so life would be better if i had a few pounds that i could sacrifice when needed

Everything cool until I remember how ticklish I am 😅 she would always have to tell me "stay still" a hundred times. This hit a bit close to home. I have recently dropped 2 clothing sizes, I want to drop much more. I put on weight after an accident left me needing crutches to walk and in constant 24/7 pain in my hip and ankle. I went from cycling 20 plus miles a day for work to struggling to walk. I want to drop at least 3 more sizes but I get scared as I have a dislike of eating. I merged on losing too much weight before when i was 16 until I fainted. I fear going there again. However I have started swimming again daily and using swayhoop, as there's so much exercise I can't do because of my disability. Wish I could have finished the audio. But I need to protect myself. Thanks for making an audio like this. I pray it brings comfort to any who experience selfhate. You are all beautiful unique smart individuals who deserve to find their peace.
