Bill Bowerman was the Oregon Cross Country and Track Coach back when Steve Prefontaine was on the team. He helped coach him to an Olympic appearance. He was the creator of the waffle sole on Nike Shoes by using his wife's waffle iron to try to build better track spikes for his runners. His design inspired the Nike Cortez. Bowerman and Phil Knight were responsible for founding Nike. Super cool find and pick anything Bowerman Track Club up!
I love when items have history behind them like that! My shoes that I was talking about that say Bowerman Series on them have a partial waffle sole so that makes sense now!
Also Marshfield Pirates was Pre's high-school. Nike has made throwback jerseys. Couple of years ago I scored a '68 and '69 Marshfield yearbooks by knowing what I just told you.
Thanks for all the information. Keep up the great work. Outside of specific sale days at thrift store I’m curious if you find certain times of the day that do better?
Thank you! Best time is very store dependent in my experience, currently I try to give my Goodwills an hour or so before I go. When I go right at open they don’t have new clothing racks out yet. So usually 10-11am is when i’ll start and once its about 4-5pm the stores start to get more busy and I head home
Great videos, I dont know if you have noticed but all your videos have low volume, I have to significantly raise the volume on my speakers when I watch and then my ears get busted when i click on another video lol just a tip.
No Whatnot for me yet, but i’m starting to do some research on what it takes to be successful on the platform. I think eBay will integrate live selling in the future and I would love to have live selling experience before that happens!
What i’m willing to spend will depend on the model and size of course, but for most Mugsy jeans I get $40-45, if i’m expecting to get that much i’ll pay up to $17ish
I get really good stuff from Plato’s, of course I do have to pay a little bit more but my average cost per item at Plato’s is only $1-$2 more than at Goodwill
Brosef, I can appreciate that you don't want to annoy viewers with an annoying "call to action" on every video. But dude, f*** it. I mean, at the end of the day, you gotta be genuine to yourself and make this channel however you want it to be. But the time you put into making quality content is valuable, and we're all getting it for free. So if the most we have to pay, is sitting through the 5 seconds that it takes you to say "Like, Comment, Subscribe," I'd say it's more than a fair deal. Go get you your monetization. Alright, climbing off my soapbox now. Thanks.
I needed this pep talk, i’m gonna keep it up until I get monetized! After that I probably won’t mention it much, I always focus on my product first, the rewards will follow. Don’t want to cause a shift in my mindset by talking about the rewards instead of the product too much!
I’m pumped for your content! Crank the volume up a bit on the next one. ❤❤
Sorry, long time lurker, but now I'm subscribed. 😆

Whats the highest that you will pay for a mugsy jean?
Russell athletic, champion & lands end collab, Gap. Never knew any of this.
What i’m willing to spend will depend on the model and size of course, but for most Mugsy jeans I get $40-45, if i’m expecting to get that much i’ll pay up to $17ish
How many items do you list a day?
What percentage do you promote at?
2%, and I don’t start promoting my listings until they have been up for a couple weeks
@ I usually promote things that don’t have the best sell through rate at 5% and the stuff with a good sell through rate is either 2% or none at all.
do you get good stuff from plato?
I get really good stuff from Plato’s, of course I do have to pay a little bit more but my average cost per item at Plato’s is only $1-$2 more than at Goodwill
