Their vision is to short-sighted from the start they could have use ground floor for dialysis centre as it is in Zion hospital , knowing the difficulty will be face by patient why did they use at first floor without infrastructure . In Nagaland we never know when the things will be completed in the name of doing it , going on...etc

Since 2022 and now 2023 the patient are facing problem they should have use groud floor for dialysis and shift only after the ramp is completed....
That Ground floor using now as nurses station will be shift to socend floor once the wheel chair ramp are complete😂😂😂
