I seen some comments that mentioned Tia in yesterday’s vlog so I don’t think it’s because no one is thinking of her or praying for her. I also think the title of today’s vlog made people comment about who ruined Eric’s surprise especially after she said she doesn’t trust us anymore but I don’t think she means it literally. It was one person who did ruin the surprise on Twitter and she blatantly told him “colleen is planning you a “surprise” RV trip. She said so on the vlog” which is was very rude of that person. The fact that she put surprise trip in her tweet shows she did it purposely and carelessly. But colleen made a good point when you say don’t tell him there is bound to be that one person to blow it. Sorry for my long reply, just wanted to say there were some comments about tia in yesterday’s vlog.

Violet Licona: Colleen was planning an RV vacation for Erik’s birthday and she told us out of generosity and said not to tell Erik through social media. People went out of their way to tell him by dming him and tweeting him when she asked to please not. She told Erik about it because when he goes on vacations he likes to plan based on what is happening so she told him so he could plan. Then Erik told her that he already knew from social media!
So many prayers for Tia. I saw her video where she was talking about being diagnosed with covid. It was so heartbreaking. For her to have been so full of energy and tackling cancer like a big boss, then to see her barely even able to get a sentence out is just horrible! People being selfish not wanting to wear a mask just because it might not affect them as badly, makes me so sick! Just think of the people like Tia, who have literally no immune system. What if that was your mom, sister, daughter, or anyone you care about. My daughter has a ton of health issues including a primary immunodeficiency, heart defects, chronic lung disease, and much more. If she got covid, she would be gravely ill. Please, if you don’t care if you get it, at least think about those that don’t have the immune system to fight illnesses. It could literally be the difference between life and death.
MANDI Harris exactly, it is the difference between life and death for me as well. 3 Autoimmune system diseases and lung problems coupled with being immunosuppressed, would mean a possible see ya from me. I’d like to think people would do the right thing but know otherwise. So I wear the mask where I absolutely have to go which is to the doctors, which is of course, a risk in itself. Other than that, I go nowhere and haven’t since it started in our country. Stay safe everyone

I agree that people need to be serious about covid and I'm sorry that you are in that situation but people have to realize some people physically cant wear a mask for medical reasons that are very real so yes everyone should try as hard as possible but evryone else should not judge people if they dont lnow why they are not wearing a mask

I don't want to sound harsh but if they can't wear a mask, they're putting other people in danger. They shouldn't leave the house unless it's absolutely necessary, in that case. They're also putting themselves in danger by going outside. If they already have medical issues and catch covid 19 on top of that, I assume it would be harder for most of them to recover than people who had no medical issues prior to catching it. If they leave the house, that's bad for everyone. Not to mention that I've heard of many cases where people claimed to have medical reasons for not wearing a mask but a lot of them were lying. That's what pisses me off the most. (I'm not saying that's always the case though, I know there are people with real medical problems)

That’s the only way a virus can be eradicated. My husband, mother-in-law & one of my cousins all work in hospitals here where I live in NYC. They’ve made such sacrifices to themselves and our family so they can keep the public safe. I also lost a family member to COVID. It incenses me that there are those who are so selfish as to not do the literal least they can by just wearing a mask. I will continue to judge them and think they are horrible.

It’s funny before I was forced to leave my boarding school because of COVID, when it was barely a thing, wearing a mask was considered rude, unnecessary and annoying. Kids in my school were called out for wearing them as jokes! My own teacher said the masks were unnecessary and didn’t do anything. It’s weird how far we’ve come.

Colleen, I have recently started noticing myself picking at my skin condition called Keratosis pilaris and after watching your journey with dermatillomania, I wanted to get answers for me. I figured out I also have dermatillomania and am now starting my journey. I feel that I have failed myself because I can't remember the last time my skin on my arms looked good enough that I felt comfortable wearing a tank top. You have helped me so much knowing that I am not the only one that struggles with the condition. It is a battle in my mind everyday and I wish there was some way I could just stop completely. I really hope you see this. I just want you to know that there are others who feel beaten down everyday by themselves.
Hey I have the same thing, I always wore long sleeves even in summer for many years until I finally got the help I needed and was able to control my disorder. I hope you can get help and support, it is a frustrating disorder to battle on your own.
I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you for staying socially distant and displaying that in your vlogs. I have also stayed home since March. I haven’t entered another building besides my house since quarantine began. It feels like everyone else is out and about living their regularly scheduled lives but with a paper mask on like that solves everything. Thank you for taking quarantine seriously and letting others know how important it is to do so.

It’s funny before I was forced to leave my boarding school because of COVID, when it was barely a thing, wearing a mask was considered rude, unnecessary and annoying. I have recently started noticing myself picking at my skin condition called Keratosis pilaris and after watching your journey with dermatillomania, I wanted to get answers for me. I figured out I also have dermatillomania and am now starting my journey. I feel that I have failed myself because I can't remember the last time my skin on my arms looked good enough that I felt comfortable wearing a tank top. You have helped me so much knowing that I am not the only one that struggles with the condition. It is a battle in my mind everyday and I wish there was some way I could just stop completely. I really hope you see this. I just want you to know that there are others who feel beaten down everyday by themselves.
Hey I have the same thing, I always wore long sleeves even in summer for many years until I finally got the help I needed and was able to control my disorder. I hope you can get help and support, it is a frustrating disorder to battle on your own.

I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you for staying socially distant and displaying that in your vlogs. I have also stayed home since March. I haven’t entered another building besides my house since quarantine began. It feels like everyone else is out and about living their regularly scheduled lives but with a paper mask on like that solves everything. Thank you for taking quarantine seriously and letting others know how important it is to do so.
