PLEASE help me. I cannot get my mom’s plug in unit because it has 3 prongs, one of which is plastic so right now it’s serving as a blocker. It’s blocking me from plugging it in. This is so frustrating. Do you have any advice? I got her this scency as a gift and it’s more challenging than not… thanks in advance for your help. Please help me. Please advise how to remove this plastic third prong on the outlet… it’s soo weird?? I have no idea why it’s there???
