Synfig for beginners: 62 - Write On Text

This is an introductory series into Synfig. The version used in this video is 1.4. Synfig is an opensource 2D animation software with many powerful tools and features. It's still being developed but with each update, it gets better and better.

Can you pls tell me which setting to choose for a circle (the dot for the i) ?

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. What are you trying to accomplish?

I an doing the same thing you did in the video. Only difference is that my word is 'hi' . So I want the h and i to be animated the way you did and its working. And after that the dot of the i which a circle to appear the same way (the way we draw it on paper). But when I choose the options for the purple points (i forgot what they are called) none of them work the way they do for the actual letters.
In short I want the same effects for the circle

@@tanvikulkarni3569 you could create a circle using the advanced layer type so you only have the outline and do the animation on the outline the same way as the text
