For stress you should get this app called Youper, its like an AI that you check in with daily and it helps monitor your stress/mental health. You give it a short daily assessment about how you’re feeling and it gives you ways to cope or ways to express gratitude. I have severe depression and this app helps alot when I feel really bad.
