If you have spare time, go to your Local Community College and 1.) submit a proposal to teach an ADM201 Certification Prep class. Have the students do a group project for a Final grade. 2. Once they graduate you can hire the students who did well for a low budget. 3. Most of my students have comeback and helped other incoming students to climb up the ranks. 4. You can create slack channels for students to meet Alumni. 5. Have your Alumni comeback to judge the group final project presentations
