    If you have spare time, go to your Local Community College and 1.) submit a proposal to teach an ADM201 Certification Prep class. Have the students do a group project for a Final grade.
    2. Once they graduate you can hire the students who did well for a low budget. 3. Most of my students have comeback and helped other incoming students to climb up the ranks. 4. You can create slack channels for students to meet Alumni. 5. Have your Alumni comeback to judge the group final project presentations

    Great episode! Salesforce freelancing has a side hustle potential for anyone. Brad's insights are spot on with regards to needing at least 1 certification, where to find freelance positions, and the current gap between supply and demand of admins.

      Lots of folks in this program aren't landing jobs joined this kind of program, but at the end of the day, it's still up to you to hustle and find one. TalentStacker isn't some magic solution that guarantees a job, just like a ton of other programs out there

      Where do you see the freelancing possibilities to be in 1-2 years? I hear the market supply of admins is getting very high especially offshore.

    225 net or revenue?

    • @NickLoper
      @NickLoper  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      My understanding is that's $225k revenue ... but for a consulting business there's not a ton of overhead :)
