Blake Roman landing the role of angel dust fresh after graduation with almost 0 other roles to his name, over probably hundreds of other actors, and absolutely blowing it out of the park with a phenomenal performance, And singing this banger is just... Wow. Talk about a worthy replacement to Micheal.

Honestly all the praise to Roman for that. I think pain and grief are some of the hardest emotions to emulate in singing because of how your voice naturally wants to break and your throat close up and he did so good

Who’s Anthony?
One of Charlie's biggest obstacles with rehabilitating demons is the fact that Overlords own most of the souls in Hell. It's not about her or the hotel, it's the fact that Valentino will keep Angel chained for his vices, depravity and abuse.
Had Angel not intervened in episode 4, Valentino would have ceased to exist.
People keep forgetting that Charlie is literally the most powerful person in hell besides Lucifer and Lilith.
@@AzriusN it's what i keep reminding everyone, because she would not even need an angelic weapon, her fucking dad is lucifer, the lightbringer and one of if not the strongest angel, and lillith, first and strongest of all the sinner. she has magical power and is ready to throw hands with adam (only the circonstance stop her everytime, but if she is ready to fight him) and valentino as clearly not even the smudge of what it take to fight back someone like her, so even if she didn't kill him, he would at least need to reeassemble himself from the beating. plus i'm pretty sure she could find a work around the contract thing with time and experiment.

Would explain why Lucifer is so universally feared in spite of being just as much of a goofball as his daughter. Because just like her, he could kill even hell's royalty with a flick of his wrist but chooses not to.
@@AzriusNI am not quite aure about Charlie's power level. Yes she is the daughter of the rulers of hell, yet we barely see her use her powers. Outside from flames in the pilot and her growing horns we have seen nothing of what she can do.
She needed alastors help to tidy up the hotel and even her dad has powers that can manifest objects, yet she never shows even bits of that talent and instead does everything by hand. Sure you could play it down to her not wanting to use her powers for selfish desires, but i find that a bit backwards for someone hellbent to try and do the seemingly Impossible
Im pretty sure Viz has outright said it goes Lucifer, Lilith/Charlie, the 7 Sins, the Ars Goettia, then Overlords like Val, Charlie is just too nice to outright kill Val at this point@@Kittingsl

as a former Slave.. it brings tears to my eyes whenever I hear this.. like Angel, I made my decision to become a Slave, but after being freed, I was wracked with pain, humiliation and guilt.. I wouldn't want to return to that painful chapter.. now, I'm glad that I'm free, and now, I've finally found my life partner who loves and accepts me despite of that heartbreaking past..

I'M. OB-SESSED. Honestly episode 4 changed the way I look at Angel, he's got way more to him than I thought. I used to dislike him in the beginning, thinking s3x was the only thing he cared about. But to finally see what it was all about, changed my feelings toward him. I don't just like him now, I LOVE HIM. I can't wait for season 2, I know I'm gonna enjoy watching his character development. THE SERIES IS SERIOUSLY AMAZING AND SUPER GRIPPING.

I was SA'd when I was 21 and was in a relationship with him for seven months. Even after we broke up he had a chokehold on me. I don't remember when I was 22, that whole year is mostly a blur. I remember I was drinking a lot and hooking up with strangers a lot and ended up getting SA'd again and AGAIN because I thought my only worth was my body and I got to reward it with alcohol and drugs. Those days are behind me but they resurface every now and then. Luckily I'm in therapy and can usually combat those self destructive thoughts pretty well

I'm pretty sure this song gives everybody the ability to feel sympathy for Angel Dust, especially the desire for a hug
When i first learned that michael kovach wasnt going to be the voice of angel dust in the full show i thought noone would come close. And while blake roman isnt a replacement, id argue that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Blake and Michael both have done a fantastic job with this character creating similar yet distinct voices for him.

It's actually so heartbreaking, which makes it even sadder that the song is so catchy, like what the FACK. He's getting traumatized all day every day... but he's grown addicted to it.
But no, as disturbing as this sequence was to see in the show, I believed it to be a message, and I was glad that the message was being made. The whole "adult entertainment" industry is a sick and gut wrenching one when you know what's going on literally behind the scenes. I am a survivor, I have friends who are survivors, and friends of friends who are survivors. Call this sick industry to the people's attention and maybe something can be done about it.
I was glad the message was being made, until I learned one of the writers has a r*** fetish. I nearly vomited upon hearing that. It's not really a message anymore. Well, it still is I guess, just not the in way I initially thought it was.

Ok hear me out, here’s a different way to imagine this song. Two men, one larger one smaller, on a dark stage with flashing lights. They dance something between a tango and a ballet. The larger man’s Side of the dance shows him being abusive and beating the smaller man but also drawing him back.
