    I used Grillmaster barbecue rub.
    Before I wrapped in aluminum foil, I sprayed it with a 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce, and a 1/2 cup of Olive oil mix every 30 minutes of the smoke cycle.
    I coated it with Head Country and let it cook for 15 minutes about 5 times.

    • @SmokedReb
      @SmokedReb  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It depends on how you're using it. It is certainly not healthy to apply butter to pork ribs.

    • @Jarkeler
      @Jarkeler 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's combining it with mounds of sugar is what makes it unhealthy, Lost over 100 lbs just cutting the sugar and other carbs out of food alone. Albeit, that's difficult for a lot of people to completely cut carbs out of their diet, but fat itself isn't going to make meats unhealthy. Also Cholesterol is way down to normal range, surprisingly.

      @@evandromedeiros4084 I am truly sorry you feel that way. I am able to share my passion and love for BBQ with my daughter. Too many times, today, parents are unable, I believe, to take a specific set time to spend it with their child. I absolutely love sharing my cooking with her. I know I have successful a like when she chooses to spend her time with me and out if any restaurant or meal she wanted, Daddy's steak. I have that and I am blessed. I am sorry if you don't get to share those experiences and love for cooking with someone whom you love.

      If you learned how to make a relationship and have a kid you probably wouldn’t be such a dick to the people that do 😂

      Let me guess you have never ate a pig before but probably believe everything you read that pigs are bad for you and cows are ok.

      The only time pork has worms if the meat is bad just like fish, beef and chicken.

    I'm still fairly new at grilling, sticking to hotdogs, sausage, and steaks. Tomorrow I'll try chicken. But I have a question.
    How much propane does a recipe like this use up? Seems you could deplete a great deal of your gas with this recipe. Especially if all you're making is the ribs.
    Just asking because I'm always looking to save money.

      It is really hard to say because every grill is different and will take more or less gas based on the size btu capacity and number of burners. That being said, I probably used up only a fraction of my gas because I had one burner on low for the majority of the cook. Under moderate usage one 20lb tank of gas should last for a very long summer of grilling. From my experience I had two 20lb tanks which lasted me for 3 years. I hope this helps, have a great day.
