@@safehayeven3273 I try to peep while passing by but cannot see anything ,I always pass in a vehicle, I live closer to St Joseph's Hospital so i hardly go that side.
These houses all have potential but the biggest obstacles are crime and violence but I did love your honesty while you're showing the homes. Have a great day.
A lot of people selling their houses that they live for a long time they have to run leave them brcause of violence its not fair for us to go and buy these houses soon or later we have to the same running
Crime and corruption are the two big Cs , killing this amazing country . As a Guyanese , I bought a nice home in Stony Hill. No regrets but the violence is depressing.
The first property needs the same 11 million to sort it out. They could of least clean it up, and a lick of paint wouldn't hurt. Second one need's 30% uplift to get it to a good place. But the violence part people have to think of. Alway's check out the area before you buy and in trouble. To be honest gang related thing's scare me coming to Jamaica to live. Third one not worth the buck, no way hozzy. Forth one needs to be knocked down and start again. One million them lucky 🤣🤣🤣. But you alway's do a great job. Yes the land part true.🇬🇧🇯🇲👍
That's not life. Far too long we said that like we accept crime and violence. Of the government take up crime in hand it doesn't have to be like that at all.
All the worries about violent areas 😅... It's like you dont know violence has feet and can go anywhere😂 Jamaica is full of good and bad Protect yourself But dont live in fear
Which home was your favourite ?
Deanery Road, cause I live there
@@nicolaroberts6758 nice, I was in the area a few weeks ago. How are the new apartments coming up in the area, did construction begin as yet?
