The special cookies like the Disney cookies don’t have that animation so they might have just cut it out for all special cookies even if they did have the animation.
I got it on my B-day, so I am pretty happy with this decor within this vid coming out, and Fun Fact: The only cookie that worked on my black whole experiments were the cookies who only fight and not NPC cookies like the Disney event nor bodyguards (except candy diver) like BTS, so it is the playable cookie, does that help?
