We are building a greenhouse so that we can grow our own vegetables. Because self-grown is much tastier and healthier.
However, in order for the greenhouse to be completed, a little more work needs to be done.

These are water pipes and I bent them on metal pipes driven into the ground and held them for a while to take shape.

Hello, this is a very clear and beautifful work. Is it possible that you indicate a little bit more information about the materials you used ? Espacially the metal little elements (is it what you call "proile" ?) with which you fix the wood on the pipes. Best regards
Hello! Thank you for appreciating. I use metal fasteners, angles for wooden structures. The metal profile is at the bottom under the wooden structure. It protects the wood from ground moisture

I think by putting the 75mm x 25mm on edges it would have been a lot stronger. But over all not to bad sir.

Pipe is black plastic. its need test for sun heating. And deformation of carcas. Sun heat on some region to 40 ... 50 celsius. And heat black to 100 or more celcius
I have already tested them. They were for an old greenhouse and there were no problems.
On my region the highest temperature in summer is 30.....35 celsius.
Everything is OK👍
But I think at a higher temperature nothing would happen either.
I find black pipe from water garden. 2mm fatness

Нет необходимости. Конструкция держится очень хорошо и стабильно.

I don’t believe that this frame didn’t bend in the summer sun. The HDPE pipe even bends on its own.
Hello. Everything is fine with the greenhouse frame. It has been standing for a long time both in the sun and in the heat of 30 degrees. Nothing is bent or deformed. The frame needs to be properly strengthened and everything is OK👍
I built one with much less support and it stood in the Queensland sun (40c+ days) for many years. It also withstood some powerful storms.
Did you watch the whole video? The steel and timber framework holds it all together. Best poly tunnel greenhouse construction I've seen on TH-cam. 👍

Все в порядке👌, трубы не гнутся. Я уверен, потому что говорю из опыта.
Полипропилен 120° выдерживает
@@dimmer4955 это не полипропилен, а пнд. И ты не задумывался, почему под пп трубу идут клипсы через каждые 40-50см? И это при том, что пп в дугу просто так не согнёшь, а пнд гнутся как хочешь.

Сними видос как пленку натягивал. У меня такая же, с такими же трубами. Вот с пленкой не очень. Натянул простую 150микрон но чот думаю ерунда. В следующий раз думаю нормированную поставить. Она жоще будет. Класная тепличка, аккуратная. У меня чуток похуже. Но работает. 👍👍👍
