Sunan Ibn Majah 1740
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to fast on Mondays and Thursdays. It was said:
“O Messenger of Allah, why do you fast on Mondays and Thursdays?” He said: “On Mondays and Thursdays Allah forgives every Muslim except two who have forsaken one another. He says: ‘Leave these two until they reconcile.’”

Is it good to say alhamdulillah during sujood?
Instead you can say
Allahumma a'inni ala dhikrika, wa shukrika, wa husni 'ibadatika (O Allah, help me remember You, to be grateful to You, and to worship You in an excellent manner)
Just say alhamdullilah as you finish your salah, as Allah choose you to be part of the ummah that does his ibaadah.
Narrated ‘Aisha:
The Prophet used to say in his bowing and prostrations, “Subhanaka-Allahumma Rabbana wa-bihamdika Allahummaghfirli.‘ (I honor Allah from all what (unsuitable things) is ascribed to Him. O Allah Our Lord! And all the praises are for You. O Allah! Forgive me).”
Bukhari :: Book 1 :: Volume 12 :: Hadith 760
سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وَبِحَمْدِكَ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي".
42. Subhaanaka Allaahumma Rabbanaa wa bihamdika Allaahum-maghfir lee.
Glory is to You , O Allah , our Lord , and praise is Yours . O Allah , forgive me.
