    VR dancing is one of the best things you could start. I was mostly quiet in VR and rarely ever talk because of social anxiety. VR dancing helped me to express myself in so many ways, I might not be good to some but I do enjoy myself and the music that comes with it.

      @@yek8487I bought an index and made some friends while in half body. Then after about 2 months I caved as said friends were dancers and made me incredibly jelous with their dance moves. That was about 8 months ago, I have lost weight and am now a femboy that dances like a stripper, and DJs on occasion. As a bi product of this I'm now incredibly social with the confidence boost dancing gives me. Vrchat kinda sorta cured my problems and I couldn't be happier.

    • @Jeahy.
      @Jeahy. 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@yek8487 There is a lot of ways to get into dancing also depends on the style of dance. VRChat has a lot of dance worlds where people regularly dance, socialise and practice. For the more erotic and seducing kind of dancing, virtual clubs have dancers that even host practice sessions regulary. I am sure you'll find your own cup of tea and enjoy it to it's fullest.

    It goes beyond even just dancing. There are fitness groups too, exercising together to keep people motivated. That's really important especially in the current context your gym may be closed and all. Exercising alone is way harder since you have no point of reference and may give in boredom, dance and gym groups are awesome to avoid that downward spiral!

    Been dancing for about 4 1/2 months in VR. I did some ballet as a kid, but I don't talk in VR most of the time because of intense social anxiety, but with full body tracking I can express myself and communicate with others. I've also lost 15 pounds thanks to dancing. I dance for two clubs in VR and practice hip-hop/krumping outside of that. It's really changed my life, especially during the pandemic where quarantine felt so isolating.

It's helped me through some really tough times and made me more confident in the way I move and view my own body. Dancing on stream and making videos on it has opened up a whole new world of possibility for me and I've become a lot more social and fit because of it! Spending the money to buy full body was the best decision I've ever made in terms of gaming. I wholeheartedly reccomend anyone who is interested look into it if they are interested. The most challenging thing is being tethered while break dancing aka bboying because sometime breakdancing sometimes requires power moves which people do windmills, flares, 2000s, etc. The space is limited and cord gets in the way. Also the headset itself as weight and visual disconnect might cause you to run to things in your space.

It definitely is a spectacle to witness first hand how happy one small change can make to someone. I promise Im not trying to boast.. But seeing how high BBotics holds the tracking quality of Neos is definitely something to make me smile. VRChat is an amazing platform as well. Recently I've been feeling pretty great about dancing IRL somewhat. I use to have VR and FBT a few months ago, but I moved out of my mom's due to family issues and left all my VR and FBT thinking I'd be back for it. Things have been ruff, causing me to not be able to pick up my stuff, but I should hopefully be getting it all back soon. I wish I could scratch the itch of coming back to VR, and even dancing in it. Never thought I would be interested in the art of dance since I've mostly been a quite and self reserved kind of guy who hated that kind of attention in fear of messing up and feeling stupid. Now, I feel a little better about expressing myself but still am socially dysfunctional. My emotions toward thinks have been bipolar and blank at times and I have been longing to distance myself from any negativity that I could cause to myself and mainly others. VR has helped me so much with forgetting about how I look, and how bad things can get. It's a whole new world of personality I want to expand upon. Real life is just as important as VR is to me. VR life has helped my Real life and vise versa. Can't wait to see how I can use VR as a means of developing more on dancing and changing my introverted behavior. Looking into talking to someone about my social anxiety, bipolar, and blank feelings. Would be great to feel more comfortable in my own skin in public 😅
    I hope anyone reading this has an great day or night. ❤

    I have seen markerless motion capture on the iPhone that works phenomenally and can be used to make those motion captures into custom emotes. The cool thing is that it can actually capture figures. This is really cool because people can do some real intricate tutting or choreography in VRC.

    It is very hella insane! I enjoy seeing my boyfriend dance in VR, he really enjoys himself and works for a Vr club. I'm planning to save up for a pc and body tracking so i will be able to show off some of my dance moves 😎

    tbh I still havent quite figured out VR dancing 😅 I used to dance competatively but its so much different in VR! Especially with my whacky trackers that wiggle and go alllll over the place. I've been practicing a little bit lately and its getting to the point where I wouldnt mind dancing infront of a friend! Thats progress 😊
