1 Word Outstanding
Very nice homes in this one. A few of them really pay attention to the outside landscaping, and keeping the walls painted nice. I rarely see that around where I am.
When we were looking to buy there were many places like that & we did look in that area....Many narrow, dead end streets .... Some nice houses but a logistical nightmare if you have automobiles....We also stayed away from any potential flood areas & houses built sunken below their fence line....We ended up in SPT.....
The problem with living outside a gated community is if you get a bad neighbor (drunk, shouts, crazy, dirty etc.) you have little recourse.

Really Quiet and Peaceful Place to Live-Out the Rest-Of My Life! ❤😊
Hi Bill. I live amongst the Thai and have never had a problem. The lady that I “bought” the land from to build the house on is a very good friend and she takes care of the property while I am away. Her father owned most of the surrounding land. Her brother and sister and nephew live around me. The street is a dead end street, so little traffic. I never worry about a break in.
There must be a push within the local governments to put concrete slabs on the sides of creeks. They are putting them behind my house, where there is a creek that floods during rainy season. I’m the only one that have concrete perimeter walls surrounding my property. So, the slabs reach the bottom of my wall. For now, they are filling in the 3 foot gap between the slab and my wall with dirt. When I’m there in May, I may have concrete poured on top, with maybe a railing. Then, I can fish from back there and give the fish to my neighbors.
I noticed that near the concrete canal that you were filming, they use concrete blocks instead of a guard rail to keep cars out of the canal. Good luck with that.
I agree with you everywhere I have lived which has been4 different places alway among Thai never had any problems and alway felt welcome. Yes those barriers will do nothing so far nothings ended up in there yet .
Calming. I love stone, and iron work. Hope you get better, and past the bad health. Live long, and prosper. Peace mon {Jamaican style}.
Presumably the scammers were desperate for more drugs.
... Yes Myanmar as the biggest producer worldwide needs to get cleared up
God bless 🙏
Hey Bill! I'm Curious about the area where You and Lek Live! How much House can I buy for $200,000?
$60,000 to 120,000 depending on how big you want . $200,000 you could pretty much have your pick .
as I do not have as much time, can you please time stamp your story, thanks if you can
I'm the luckiest woman since I met you ❤🤗
I had been in Massachusetts once, nice
I have heard that the Bangkok Hilton is not the place to finish your vacation
Those Guinea Fowls are also great protection against snakes. They raise hell when they spot a snake and can chase them off. Also known to kill smaller snakes.
Yea they do make a lot of noise !
