The V2 strap had an odd smell to it. They fixed the strap with the V3.

Can you re-leather it ? So it doesn’t have those issues with the belt ? Also, is there a place that does that and still has the designs with the actual real leather?
There are some very talented leather craftsmen out there that I’m sure could replicate this strap. Though, it wouldn’t be cheap.
