    I managed to do up to 11:05 . Haha, I'm not used to exercising, but I want to keep fit. I hope I'll finish the rest tomorrow! I always work out in the night and shower after, and it's quite late- so I'll do the rest later tomorrow! Thank you, growingannanas!

    Hi Anna, is there a particular reason why you always do jumping jacks with bent arms?
    To me it's just poor form, i do it with straight arms, hope i'm not negating some important gains there.

    Walk outs, burpees, and mountain climbers are not considered "all standing." As someone with a wrist injury, that seems important to note.

    i've always been a big fan of anna's workouts, and i chose this "all standing" one today as my wrists are hurting from an injury. turns out, there are walk outs and even burpees. not sure if i'm misunderstanding the meaning of "all standing" but this is not the first time this has happened :(
    nonetheless, i was able to improvise on my own and am still thankful for another great workout by anna. burned almost 300 kcals! :)
