How do you make your windows look so pretty!! I live in the Tropics so the light is always harsh ... but I just cannot nail my window shots. :( AMAZING WORK!
Hi Nathan, as always, awesome video and I always love the detailed workflow explanations. I was wondering if you would forget the cat, but you didn't! Please let me know when you take the window pulls, are all other fleshes off? I also noticed you used 18mm on most of the shots, do you find 15mm is usually a little too wide, or does it really depend? Thank you!
In your videos, I don't see any windows with curtains and net curtains! What kind of flash technique would you use to highlight the curtains and net curtains? Your TH-cam videos are a real source of inspiration.
Window pulls are window pulls, it doesn't matter if there are curtains, blinds, sheers, black frames, wood frames, etc. It doesn't matter; the principles remain the same. I cover that in greater detail in ProInteriors.NathanCool.com
How many photos did you deliver for this shoot? if there is 9 bathrooms I can imagine there is probably alot more rooms that need photographing as well.
It varies on properties like this, and whether we do drone and/or twilight. Typically, all in with drone and twilight, all exteriors, all interiors, taking a few trips out there, it could total anywhere from 60-80 photos, sometimes more. It's all paid by the hour so quantity doesn't matter as much as time.
Amazingly thorough rundown! But why did you remove the cat?! Was this requested by the client? Also, is it best practice to remove animals/pets from homes because of prospective buyers (pet allergies, safe-than-sorry)?
Hey Nathan, off topic comment here, but this thought I had made me think of you, maybe it would interest you. There is a neat AI video to video tool by RunwayML. Maybe it could be used to virtually stage a video of a vacant home or create conceptual design for remodel. In theory it should work for that or at minimum its a cool creative tool. Cheers
I have had challenges keeping interior reflections out of the window pull shots. What’s the best way to keep interior reflections out of the window framing?
This is great Nathan! How many images do you typically deliver to client for a house like this?
It all depends on how long it takes, since it's paid by the hour. Also depends on whether we do drone, and twilight.
Great work, do you have any video diving more specific about the window pull?
Thank you! You can search my YT channel, but I cover it in great detail here amzn.to/3BfnhZX and also in my interiors course at learnre.nathancool.com
@@NathanCoolPhoto perfect, thank you 👏

Thank you! Most MLS rules do not allow pets or people in pictures. And yes, as you mentioned, if can turn-off those with allergies.
