Asian rice noodles with chicken.

Today I made Asian rice noodles with chicken.
This variant of cooking is my favorite. Chicken meat is fried with paprika, carrots and onions, then combined with cooked rice noodles, cucumber, vinegar, garlic and soy sauce. It's amazingly delicious!
The chicken is cooked instantly, the vegetables are just stir-fried in a hot wok until al dente.
You can use any vegetables you like.
Noodles in this form are rich and nutritious, but not caloric.
Adjust the flavor and spiciness at your discretion.
Peel carrots and onions and chop .
Peel and chop the paprika.
Peel and mince the garlic.
Wash, dry and cut chicken fillets into small pieces or thin strips.
Chop cucumber, green onion and cilantro as shown in the video.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, place chicken, onion, paprika and carrots. Fry everything on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.
Cook the rice noodles as directed on the package.
Put noodles in the pan with cooked vegetables and chicken, add coriander, black pepper, garlic, vinegar 1 spoon, soy sauce 4 spoons.
Stir. Finally add the cucumbers .
Stir the contents of the pan, if necessary add salt to taste.
When adding soy sauce to a dish, it is worth considering that it has a rather salty flavor. Reduce the total amount of salt, otherwise you risk over-salting.
