You can also make some plot twists: • Aimes joined Mr. Nobody's team as Dante & Aimes' plan. • It was Aimes who shot Mr. Nobody's plane, not Jacob & Otto. Thus, Aimes could take over and became a leader of Mr. Nobody's team. • Aimes is revealed to be Kenny Linder's son. He avenges to Dominic Toretto because Dom hurt him for the death of Dom's father. • Jacob Toretto faked his own death to help Dom against Dante Reyes & Aimes. • Etc.

I agree. Especially considering he never actually died even though he should have. I think Fast Five would have been a good opportunity to bring him back. As a bigger and better villain in a higher position of power than before.
He died in Fast X. I know they bring old dead characters like Han and Gisele but I dont think they'll do that anymore because of the hate they got after Gisele came.

The other one is Chucky Chan? I think those characters will be good to be in fast and furious. They should have like a role in fast and furious. I would like to see them. On those movies. Another character is Robert Downey Jr. he will be called
