    Truth is : what's in the heart, spoken word and action are the same.
    Sometimes word spoken and action the same but the heart is far from it, that can be a deception or hypocrisy.

    There are 73 books in the Bible.

    I've listened to all Chuck's teachings on Isaiah, and you can't help but get a lot from them. I do have a bit of difficulty with a big contradiction in his teaching. It comes out here when he talks about the mystery of "the Church". He talks here about the generosity and simplicity of grace, and the fact that we shouldn't expect anything less than the fact that God has done it all, and that we cannot gain eligibility with anything we do. To try to add to that blessing is blasphemy, says Chuck. An insult to God.
    Chuck is not quite so easygoing on God's behalf in other ways though. There are certain ways of looking at Scripture that I'm still trying to substantiate only by looking at Scripture - heeding Chuck's advice not to just "listen to Chuck Missler" - but Chuck is not so easygoing on God's behalf about some of those subjects. The big one is the physical identity of Israel, of course. He calls those who don't believe certain doctrines just yet "heretics". He calls their inclination to see the relationship of Scripture to history another way an "apostasy". So, there are other "blasphemies" apparently, apart from rejecting God's grace, according to Chuck.
    Chucks approach really actually deepens this entire mystery he's trying to clear up: what is "the Church"? If the entire church just preached the basics - Jesus is our Redeemer, and He died for our sins so we could be reconciled to our Father, and Jesus is returning. In the meantime, we follow him to the Father. Believing in Jesus and doing His father's will will get us saved - then it would be one unified body. But this is patently not the case. What's more, Chuck is saying that what is preached from the pulpit outside those truths is also important. After all, we don't want to be hearing blasphemies, heresies and apostasies. I agree with him of course. And he's so vehement about those who preach these blasphemies, heresies and apostasies that it obviously DOES mean there is a particular qualification for the "true Church". And Chuck is quite specific about what those blasphemies, heresies and apostasies ARE.
    I still think some of the matters he preaches on are probably true, but I'm still not absolutely sure. He sometimes cites historical events to substantiate his claims, yet he selects only certain details as confirming evidence. His emphasis CAN be questionable. Over all, Chuck's sermons are a mixture of great scholarship and shooting from the lip. I've listened to all 24 of the Isaiah sermons and I've really enjoyed it, but sometimes I think Chuck should not have been quite so sure of himself. It only deepened the contradictions for those seeking Truth.

      What "contradictions," specifically are you referring to, and having difficulty with? I'm asking genuinely...

      He has said several times he has no clue what he’s saying. The only fault I see is the closer we get to the end. How the Bible has opened up so much and is even more literal and getting deeper than when he was hear teaching. I still receive blessings listening to him teach. I thank the lord for his teachings 🙏✝️❤️

    @MsChlogirl 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Well here is the 'irony' of it. He holds the so called Christians also available for recognizing the MESSIAH. You see 'JESUS CHRIST' is the FALSE MESSIAH. The "old' was given to us for an example as stated in the scriptures......WHY?....CHUCH IS ALMOST RIGHT.

      Renegade Rebel Who do you say is Messiah?

    • @MsChlogirl
      @MsChlogirl 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      NarrowPathMatt714 Yeshuah Ha Mashiach It's not about the name really, my point is the Jesus Christ' movement has 'done away with the old' and that includes God. The ONLY way to know God/Yahweh (like all the other so called gods' the TRUE God HAS A NAME not just 'god') The Yeshuah the Messiah ALWAYS points to the FATHER. The word is all about pleasing the FATHER. It's okay though I saw a recent teaching by Chuck Missler and he actually prayed by the name of Yeshuah. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. I do like his teachings and receive a lot of good truths from his teachings.

      I happen to believe that Yahushua is YHWH. YHWH declares that there is no saviour but him. YHWH's Ruach was upon the surface of the waters, in the beginning, Yahushua walked on the water, why? In order to show, that he is the very same one who did hover above the waters?
      Or making the blind man see by putting clay onto his eyes. Perhaps he was showing us that HE made Adam out of the earth.
      Well there are so many more things that show us definetely that Yahushua is divine, but I do not believe there are three devine beings Son, Father, Ruach HaQodesh, but that there is only one YHWH, who is omnipresent as well as omnipotent. Why should YHWH not be able to be insinde that earthly body out of flesh and blood, the body of Yahushua, as well as everywhere else at the same time.
      YHWH's capabilities are limitless!

      @@MsChlogirl Mr Missler has repeatedly in other teachings clarified that Gods name is not God. He made it clear that God is a Title. Our God the heavenly father of Jesus, Creator of the Heavens and the Earth has a name that is unpronounceable by man.

    • @MsChlogirl

      @@NarrowPathMatt714 Yahusha. Remember Yahusha aka 'jesus' said He came in the Fathers name, how do you come in your Father's name? Well if you research the names of Jerimiah, Mathhew, Isaiah etc every one of them had 'yahu' at the end of their names, i.e. matityahu is Matthew. That shows the world they identified with Yahuah. Isaiah is Yashayahu. There were no e's. It is a lie if anyone tells you different. Research it for yourself. I used to refer to the Father as 'god' and then realized that all the ancient different beliefs all have the ancient names for their so called 'gods.

    The OT does not speak of Jesus

    • @marciadiehl5733
      @marciadiehl5733 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes it does. But the OT doesn't reveal the name of Jesus through the prophets. By design. Satan reads the scripture, too, you know. God didn't just give away every nuance to tip off the devil the name of Jesus and by whom He would have as parents. God told through the prophets that the Messiah would be born in Bethlehem...Jesus was. God spoke through the prophets that said his name would be Immanuel which in Hebrew means "God among us". And indeed, God/Jesus did walk among His Disciples in Judea for over 30 years.
      Yeshua (Jesus in Greek) means "to save, to deliver, to rescue". The Angel Gabriel instructed Mary to name her son, Jesus, to fulfill the prophecies of His first coming. To be our Savior and Redeemer.
