hey librarian happy easter i am headed over to my grandmothers house for a meal and while it is nice to get together with the family and have a whole trove of food laid out for you i cannot stop thinking specifically about the her homemade baked beans i am wondering if have the gall to ask for the recipe after not contacting her for a long while or if i just sheepishly go for second or third helpings while i am there to cherish them on the single occasion i get to eat them perhaps i could openly eat so much and express outwardly about their amazing taste that she will offer me the recipe out of kindness you know how grandmas are not a bad plan but i will probably end up regretting it a few hours later anyways keep up the great work

The travel as a poor person is awful, no lunches, get home starving and tired, and you want me to do homework on trash subjects I literally learn by myself that takes others a week, for me a day to understand. the problem with learning about nazism and ww2 is that its a contentious topic amongst minorities. disabled/gay/religious people have been putting up with bigots “just asking questions” for so long that any mention of the subject just stinks. im sick of justifying my existence to people who feel emboldened by propagandists.
