Brook: gets actual attacks
Zoro and Sanji:
Zoro has one attack
Sanji doesnt need any attacks
I think make a gun that shoots sea rocks, then Luffy can take damage and his gear and abilities will shut down for a few seconds.
Here's a suggestion for the soul move for his TS version.
Cold Soul - When the soul leaves the body, it will have a light blue outline around the soul. When the soul phases though a person, the person will be frozen solid.

For the move where brooks soul leaves his body you should be able to activate it and cause everything around it to freeze just like the anime, or it could go inside of other people idk what it would do if it goes inside of someone else tho
For the soul separation you should make a freeze sprite that makes them stop moving but after a few seconds they unfreeze. Regardless, this is amazing. :D Bink's Sake

Blink's Sake. I loved brooks moves but the one I like the most is the barrage I honestly think its the coolest thing in the mod besides luffy's G5 , Zoro's onigiri and Sanji's Ifrit jambe, and the leopard model in the discord is great👍👍👍

idea for the floating soul, being able to posess people, ik this isnt anime-canon but just an idea
