hey! So my account was hacked in September of this year and I’ve been trying to get it back by submitting tickets to riot devs , I managed to retrieve my account but it’s locked. Riot hasn’t been helpful at all towards getting my account back , so my next best was to try get a streamers attention on this so I could get some exposure on it. I have clips to prove I’ve played on the account and I did spend an awful lot of money on the game so I’d really like my account back

Nah I doubt you really know how to play Clove. Her C doesn't have to always function as a heal. It's a really strong movement boost as well as shooting speed boost which give you huge advantage in gun fight. You should use it whenever you're preparing to fight aggressively like 6:45. What's the point of healing when people can just one tapped you anyway?
At 10:35 he's just too focusing on the enemy because they can swing out at any moment. If you can't even see that then maybe you're not reaching Gold yet.
