I’m really enjoying these Vlogs, Jay! Thank you! I bodyboarded throughout the 90’s and early 2000’s. Went active duty and started a family, stepped away from the sport as life happened. Now retired in my late 40’s. I just got back from Hawaii. While there my kids said they wanted me to teach them to bodyboard. That was all I needed to hear. I spent a grip but I bought three bodyboards and three pairs of Vipers and surfed everyday. It really lit an old fire in me and I’m hungry again. Thanks for the videos, keep them coming, we are watching!

Growing up with the Morey Boogie newsletter as my "boogie boarding" magazine and getting stoked seeing shots of Keith in those, it's great to hear these stories of my childhood jackstance hero. Keith still inspiring to this day. Mahalo for the continued stoke.

Great job Jay, Keith is an amazing figure in our sport and a gem of a human!! Next time ask him specifically to talk about the transition from Morey to Wave Rebel, I would be curious to hear the inner workings? Also, it would be great to hear from guys like Kainoa, Hauoli etc.. Keep up the good work!!
Thanks for the feedback Robert. Plenty of people I'd like to interview, but I like it to be "in person" and of course with me in California and many of these guys elsewhere, that's going to happen if we end up going to Hawaii for any length of time.
Love Sasaki, but literally cannot believe he doesn't mention Paul Roach when asked at the end about DKers who came after him... That's a HUGE part of his legacy! Some story behind that maybe? Bad blood? Beef? Anyway, thanks, Keith. Wish you well.

Been watching loads of old footage of Keith recently on TH-cam. Absolutely phenomenal DK inspiration. Blown away by his skills.

I'm 41 and still ride DK whenever I visit Hawaii where I grew up. It's like riding a bicycle.
