The one near my house finally just now got revamped to look all modern. It was in the classic style for a very long time.

I've worked at a McDonald's for 11 years a few years back... It all comes down to the owner, then the managers need to "want it".... If you don't have that then the crew will not care. I've never seen you spit out food before.

I’m a McDonald’s employee so I gotta confirm the sausage in that biscuit is a couple of hours old we usually cook about 4-8 sausages in the afternoon and put it in a blue try to have it sit in the heating machine until sausage is ordered

Those sandwiches speak to the management standards. Sandwiches were holding for hours, should have been thrown out and remade. I would have gotten all my money back and avoided that spot forever.

I've had a worse experience than this in a MacDonald's in Clearwater FL. All the buns on every breakfast sandwich I ordered look like they were cooked openly on the surface of the Sun. The sandwiches were drier than the Sahara. I threw most of it out. MacDonald's has taken a major slide downwards since I was a kid. In all honesty, most places have.
Could be the people making it dont care. For what theyre charging for these sandwiches youd think theyd take SOME pride in what theyre serving seeing as the money their customers spend on this food pays those workers' paychecks.

My my kfc had similar problems. old burders and improperly made chicken, they even admitted they had a bad time, as I wrote a polite letter, that I was a long customer, but the quality went down so badly. I had a nice talk with the manager, got a free bucket, and they really managed to turn things around.

looks like a franchise to me, i ought to know, i worked in MCD for 8 freaking years, i bet you their sausage tray hold warmer isn't even working properly.
Muffin been sitting there for at least 1 hour, biscuit for 45 minutes, mcgriddle been there since 4 hours or was reheated from a previous batch that was put on the fridge.
Now onto the cheese and eggs, that round egg is more like not so round, cheese been sitting there for at least 2 hours for it to dry like that.

I worked at a McDonald's location for 2 years or so and trust me they have no remorse for you. Sometimes even in corporate they seem to try and have things in check but they're just like franchises. Heck when I was in the hospital bed being induced with my baby my manager was ether incoherent or who knows what to message and call asking if I was coming to work. 😭😂😭😂😭 Like boy what???....also people that sausage......add some water in that try or something to make it look edible instead of it looking like my dogs jerky treat
