At the last craft fair I attended, the kids are really who drove the sales. You have amazing items. I wish I could purchase an entire set from you. I will keep an eye on your Etsy shop in the mean time. TFS
I’m glad to hear you made some money. I have done only two different venues and the demographic makeup is the major factor. It differed for me each year. I have not done a craft fair since the pandemic. I am considering going back next year because it is fun. Hopefully your items will move quickly on Etsy. Thanks for the recap. I do like those journals you had on your desk.😜
It is fun to do craft fairs, and you're right, the demographics do make a difference! :) Arent those journals nice?! They are headed out the door to one of my favorite subbies! Thanks for watching!
Omg! I purchased the Reindeer Soup from you and sold every one of them! I had to rush to make 16 more bags for Sunday, and they all went in 15 minutes!! I believe I had a total of 26 of them. I also purchased the popcorn, but they didn’t go as fast as the others. Thank you!
Hey, I've learned that craft fairs are a win win regardless because they are so fun and you meet new people. Of course we want to make money, but the experience and memories last longer 😊. All your stuff turned out really nice. I agree with adding the items to your etsy shop and or selling on TH-cam and IG. Just a thought.
I had more sucess in the past at vendor shows in open area. Classroom set up , ppls dont comme in and you miss out. Thats my experience. I agree with you. great to do coupons....and a free prize for purchase drawing worked for me. Im sure your an expert on this. Just sharing.
All your products are lovely, like they say location, location, location. I'd never heard of chip bags before seeing them on you channel. I made my own with hot chocolate etc inside with a different graphic on the front that I created Sold 20 of the 24 I took (my show was last weekend as well) . I also sew and other best seller was bowl cozies sold 24 out of 30 of those - funny thing is they are all the exact same ones I took last year to the same show where I only sold maybe 2. Go figure. Best wishes.
It's so interesting how what sells can vary so much year to year! I'm glad your show went well! I really want to learn to sew my machine is collecting dust in a corner. It's so intimidating! Maybe 2025 is the year I'll give it try! Thanks for watching!
These are great gifts! I don't know why they would not sell! The prices were not bad either! But maybe it was the venue, or it's not crunch time yet for last minute gifts :-)
You have some great items. I would love to do a craft fair but I'm a scary cat...lol you should definitely list the items on your Etsy and for the Christmas themed items maybe do a sale here on YT. Just a thought... I'm glad you made some money and didn't lose... that's a win!
You're right, it can be scary but so rewarding and really fun once you get past set up and break down. I came away good so it wall worked out. Thanks for the support!
You have beautiful gifts. I have been to and participated in craft shows in the past. One show I did was in classrooms, gym and hallways. The person in charge had a map with a list of the vendors and their location. She had a sign on the rooms what vendor was there. There was not two of the same selling the same items { jewelry, food, etc.}. I thought this was a great idea. If someone was interested in jewelry, they needed to visited other locations. This gave the other vendors an exposure. This brought me sales I might not have gotten. I think your prices were fair and your packaging attractive. One thing I did at every show was a "Take a Chance" basket. This was an inexpensive holiday theme as I only did shows around Christmas, highly visible and decorated. I assured I would contact them only if they won. I found this to work for ME and in my area. This brought shoppers to my table that maybe were not interested in my crafts. When I started to do this, I had shoppers stopping by with most making a purchase. This caught attention. I always give a small charm with each purchase as a thank you. Funny note...I had some shoppers over the years come back to make another purchase just to get another charm. LOL At checkout I had certain items that could only be purchased with a certain $$$ purchase. This may or may not work for everyone, but if it helps a few out there or gives you an idea to tweak, I am happy.
A mini coloring book & crayons, beaded Christmas bracelets, a multicolored Christmas pen, Christmas scrunchies, kids brush/mirror compact, cookies and cocoa $15
Hi Hun! I bought a sublimation printer after seeing some of your cute items! But I’m getting light red lines through my graphics after printing them. Do you have any idea what could be causing that? Thank you
Oh no! Hmm..red lines. I'm not sure I've ever gotten that before. Did you try doing a nozzle check? I used this Angie's video when I was having problems th-cam.com/video/6tMxWsoO4gM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=F0P0VnEtdcPr-prP
You have great stuff. The sticky note holder with pen is under priced, that pen alone is sold on Etsy for the price you are selling the whole thing for.
I thought so too! Maybe it was the designs. Plus the audience was definitely retirement age so there's that. Thanks for taking time out of your day to watch!
You have lots of great ideas.
I love everything you created! Hopefully, you can sell your beautiful projects on your Etsy shop! 😊
Oh thank you! I’m happy to hear you liked the items!
I love the variety of things you have. Everything is so lovely. I guess it really depends on your audience
Thank you! I enjoyed the experience!!
Grinch seems to be the theme this year. I love the Grinch.

I’m finally going to get my feet wet and try and set up my craft items at my brothers store, I will see how it goes
Yay!! Good luck!! Let me know how it goes!
You're booth was bright and cheerful, but they did cram a lot of vendors in the classroom and hallways.
You're right. But we made the best of it. Thank you for coming out in person! I appreciate you!
