Umar ibn al khattab was the second caliph of the First Islamic State,He believed in justice and the welfare of his people, and he often at night wondering around the city and received the knowledge of his citizens. One night when at night he across a house where he found an old lady of the house crying on the Caliph Hazrat Umer due to the not availability of food .According to the golden princles of islamic State the head of the state has the responsebilty of his people.
