Pablo Sender: A Universe of Purpose

In a presentation of the 133rd Summer National Convention of the Theosophical Society in America, Pablo Sender will explore a unifying view of the universe that brings together the scientific and spiritual perspectives. The account of the universe presented in the late nineteenth century by Helena P. Blavatsky challenged many of the assumptions held by the science of her time, but it shows surprising parallels with the modern scientific view, as well as significant differences. More importantly, it depicts a universe of purpose, designed to further the evolution of matter and consciousness.
