    Chicken Stew Written Recipe :
    Ingredients:
    Chicken boti 1 kg
    Mustard oil 1 cup
    Onion (sliced) 750 grams
    Garam masala 3 tbsp
    Mace 1 pinch
    Nutmeg 1 pinch
    Salt 1 tsp
    Garlic 2 tbsp
    Ginger 2 tbsp
    Green chilies 12 to 15
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
    Garam masala
    Whole red chillies 8 to 10
    Yogurt 375 grams
    Green coriander (chopped) 5 tbsp
    Method :
    Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 5 minutes. Now add garlic, ginger garam masala fry for 2 minutes. Then add salt, turmeric, coriander, and curd fry well till the water dries out. Now add red pepper and 4 cups of water and cook for 15 minutes. Then add nutmeg, mace, chopped garam masala, green chillies, and onions cook for 5 minutes on high flame and serve.
    Mexican Shrimp Cocktail Written Recipe :
    Ingredients:
    Tomatoes (cubes) 2
    Cucumber (cubes) 1
    Green onions (cubes) 2
    Onion (cubes) 1 medium
    Green chillies (sliced) 3
    Coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp
    Prawns 375 grams
    Salt 1 tsp
    Black pepper 1 tsp
    Garlic powder 1 tsp
    Chili Sauce 1/3 cups
    Ketchup ½ cup
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Composition:
    Put the boiled prawns in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the water and keep it aside. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl with 1 cup of water. Now add prawns and mix well. Then put it in a serving pot and serve.
