      yoo thanks! sharing some basics on the genre. glad u found this useful! well tbh i dont use much of hardware equipment for my synths. most of my sound design are done in a wavetable vst called massive x. there are free ones similar to that like vital.
      but if you really wana invest in workfow id suggest having maschine as your drum sequencer and sampler. im on a maschine mikro mk3 and boy this thing is efficient!

      you will be shocked because mostly i mix with my studio monitored headphones. and then do a review on my yamaha hs50m studio monitors and an apple wired earphones 😁
      since the genre is generally electronic, would suggest a good computer with at least 32gb of ram. more processing power for intricate synth playbacks :)
